What is the warranty on be chained?
Be chained comes with a 1-year warranty.
Can I specify my own serial number?
No, that is not possible, and it also does not align with the philosophy of be chained.
Is there a possibility of sizing issues?
If you measure your wrist accurately (see photo, preferably with a measuring tape), there should be no issues.
My wrist size is not listed?
If your wrist is larger than the indicated sizes, a size may not be available for your wrist. If you provide your size via het contactform, we can include it with your next order, and you will be informed about the delivery time.
Can I return a be chained bracelet?
Our bracelets cannot be returned. If the jewelry does not fit in some way, we will find a solution. Once the thumb/wrist cord has been custom-sized, it cannot be returned.
I can’t get the thumb part over my thumb, what should I do?
If your thumb is too large, you can return your be chained.
I have trouble with the cord in the triangle, what should I do?
If you cut the cord properly and gently push the end into the triangle with your thumb and forefinger, you should be fine. Then, by making a rotating pushing motion and turning the cord a bit more (along the screw), it should fit securely.
The thumb/wrist part becomes looser over time, what should I do?
If you loosen the screw with the provided screwdriver, you can tighten the cord.
